I want to make a comic. You know, not an OCT comic but a real one. Now I want to ask all you people who have experience making comics/webcomics...how do you start one? I have to characters, I have part of the story (at least for like, the first three chapters), but I just don't know where to start.

I would be really happy if someone would be willing to tell me about her/his own experiences starting a comic. How do you do the scripting? did you have the whole story thought out before starting? How do you stay motivated to continue(this is an important question, because my biggest problem is motivation ^^")? Etcetera etcetera.
